GV/GVL Series - Rapid Infrared Heater


Thermo Riko's patented GVL infrared rapid heaters use a specially designed Infrared Lamp to emit NIR wavelength. Gold coated spheroid reflectors are precisely manufactured to collect the NIR efficiently and introduce the infrared wavelength to the top of the Quartz rod. The Quartz rod transfers the NIR wavelength with minimal loss of wavelength towards the substrate surface.


The GV/GVL series heaters comprise 3 models configured with different lamp power options:

GV198: 1 kW,   GVL298: 2 kW,   GVL398: 3 kW

 

Features and Specifications

  • Max temperature: 1,500° C
  • Heating speed: 100° C/sec max.
  • Less than 1 minute to 1,500° C
  • Typical working distance: < 5mm to the substrate surface
  • Cooling: water and air
  • Cooling water requirement: 2 liter/min. (filtered water recommended)

GVH Series - UHV Heater



Thermo Riko's patented GVH True UHV infrared heaters are using a specially designed an Infrared Lamp to emit mainly NIR (near infrared) region of infrared wavelength. Gold coated spheroid reflectors are precisely manufactured to focus the NIR wavelength efficiently and introduce the wavelength to the top of the Quartz rod. The Quartz rod transfered the NIR wavelength with minimal loss of wavelength towards the substrate surface.


The GVH heater comes in two configurations:

GVH198: 495 - 520 mm,   GVH298: 622 - 672 mm

IVF Series - Focused Heater


Thermo Riko's IVF infrared focused heaters use a specially designed Infrared light bulb to effectively emit NIR (near infrared) wavelengths. Gold coated spheroid reflectors are precisely manufactured to focus the NIR onto a sample in vacuum chamber or in atmosphere.


The IVF Focused Heater comes in two configurations:

IVF198W: Standard,   IVF298W: High-temperature

IVF Series - Focused Heater

Super RTA System - SR1800D


The SR1800D is Thermo Riko's newly released Ultrahigh temperature version of their Infrared Annealing system, SR1800D. Infrared rays emitted from an infrared lamp are reflected by a gold spheroidal mirror and are led through a transparent quartz furnace core pipe so as to be collected at the sample section. The infrared rays thus irradiate the sample to raise its temperature. Instead of discharging the Infrared radiation thought Quartz rod to the sample like GV or GVH series, the SR1800D have a sample at the bottom of the unique spheroid reflector module in order to maximize the power of IR thermal radiation. This will heat up your sample to 1800° C or higher at the maximum speed of 300° C/sec.

Super RTA System - SR1800D

GFA Series - Compact Infrared Furnace


Thermo Riko's GFA Series Uniform Heat Treatment system uses a unique technique with Gold coated mirror tube and heater in order to maximize the efficiency of Infrared reflection in the tube and provides wide uniform region along the length of the whole tube.


The GFA series furnaces comprise 4 models configured with different size tubes:

GFA430: 81 x 305L,   GFB450: 81 x 508L,   GFC650: 110 x 508L,
GFA430-2: 81 x 305L x 2
