Software Upgrades
AugerScan - Data Acquisition and Massage Software
AugerScan is RBD Instruments' Acquisition and Data Manipulation software for older PHI Auger, XPS and SIMS systems.
AugerMap - AES Elemental Maps, Line Scans, and Point Acquisition Software
AugerMap is RBD Instruments' Scanning Control and Elemental Mapping Software for PHI Scanning Auger systems.
RBD147 PC Interface Unit Drivers
These drivers are needed to control the PCI card that connects your PC to the RBD147 Interface Unit. (Coming soon – PCIe) If you change computers or operating systems you will need to load the appropriate driver. They are provided here for your convenience.

PCMAPII Interface Card & Dual Monitor Option
The PCMAPII Interface Card is the latest development for imaging and elemental mapping for PHI 590, 595, 600 and 610 Scanning Auger Systems. Incorporating the PCMAPII card will give your system a whole new level of capabilities.
The Dual Monitor Option allows for use of two computer monitors on a single PC. The Dual Monitor Option is also available as a stand-alone product for any system.
Software Updates
*72-030 Neutralizer Users: To support some of the new PHI system configurations, it was necessary to make some changes to the software control of the 72-030 neutralizer.
To install these updates, you must have installed AugerScan 3 and/or AugerMap 2 using a CD-ROM from RBD. The CD-ROMs are distributed only via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Using an update on a demo installation will render the demo unusable.
